I had ordered 2 specs from the App under the 100% cashback scheme offered on the app itself. Under the scheme, I was informed that 2 questions would be asked, 1 question would get you 5% discount initially and the 2nd question which would be asked after the delivery of the order would unlock the remaining 95% discount. But the difference in difficulty levels of the 1st and 2nd question was extremely high. Resulting me losing 95% of the cashback amount and I also couldn't return the specs.
!SCAM! As few of the older reviews, this is kind of totally scam. Invite you via marketing with 100% cashback. Once you order, you will get to few of defined terms and conditions which is not mentioned while before the purchase. Once you even claimed cashback, you are not allowed to return / log complaint of the product. And yeah. You have to live with it without any more choice. Suggestion : Go for Lenskart definitely as this is scam and you will have more quality options with same price.
Worst experience... Whenever I order an item it's get confirmed immediately.. After submitting power details it get cancelled for out of stock. You guys wasting of our time... While ordering an item you don't know the stocks availability???? Is the app accepting order blindly????? Once the order get confirmed how can you cancel the order for out of stock????
