Got the trail, it worked well , paid; it was easy and fast, still working well, I get on and offline notifications, but I would like two features added; firstly to have the notification sound changed (it is confusing with other notifications having the same sound) and secondly it would be extremely helpful to see the number of the person that the message has been sent to. Five stars if you can do this.
Hi support team, I am a subscriber for your app but was disappointed as the apps has been giving me issues. First was the data which I am unable to email it. Secondly, the timing was inaccurate when my child was online yet it shows offline. Thirdly, when it comes to comparison the screen turns white instead. I experience the malfunction of the app. I also wrote to contact email but no response. I have made payment but not able to view at all contacts. Notifications of online and offline still pop up for some contacts but main screen shows no analysis or comparison for whole day. This is not right. Data also not accurate. Pls rectify ASAP. A lot of ppl paid for this service usage.
