App is great, support team struggles. It's church service missionaries that aren't very technical. I had the "no capable browser" issue. They tried to help but just couldn't figure it out. I fixed it by changing the default browser in Android back to Chrome. I had it defaulted to DuckDuckGo. App dev team should fix this by invoking a capable browser.
It's a pretty good app. There are inaccuracies, but you can get a place to begin. If you locate info that's isn't there, and for example, add it to the wrong place or person, it's almost impossible to correct sometimes. The app itself is buggy lately and I have to sign in again every few minutes, often. That's so aggravating when attempting to research, refine, compare, etc. After all, what's the point in an app when I could likely do better just signing in to the site through a browser?
LOVE THE SITE, NOT THE APP! I've been trying to use this app for several months. I get notifications of birthdays and things, but when I open the app to see them, it only shows the old notifications from months ago. I get the spinning wheel and it never changes. I even left the app open for 20 minutes to see if that would change. It did not. I decided to just delete it and add bookmark to my Home Screen of the website with text notifications. Just wished that the app would have worked.
