I've been using this app for like 3yrs and it just gets worse each year. I do not understand why they're not trying to address the slow performance of the app/site because of the additional users. It's so slow nowadays that I can barely open my account to watch 1 ad. It's frustrating and disappointing knowing that I've been using it for years. We have the TMA voting starting later but the app is still down. There has been no notice whether they're doing maintenance or the app crashes.
Slow, painstakingly slow. It crashes suddenly. Sometimes it doesn't let you buy rainbow starts, just doesn't work. In the end this up just ends up being just as unfair as many other's, they don't know how to detect for clone apps. Sometimes votes seem to freeze for no reason and apparently they are awarded to other groups. It's a headache we spend lots of time and effort given to an app yet it's so badly made it just feels like it works against you.
It's extremely glitchy and will give stars to other groups instead of the one you wanted to give them to. The people who run the app are also extremely biased towards on band and continously give that band everything and manipulate votes to help them win up and including deleting profiles for no reason except to make sure that their favorite wins. This is not only extremely unfair to other bands but also does a huge disservice to the fandom of the favorite band. A horrible app overall, 0/5
