I needed to urgently fax a few pages to an insurance company, however I did not need a subscription. I found this app and the receiver stated the documents were received. I would recommend. It gives you confirmation. If it were $3.99 per month for casual users, say about 20 or so pages or less a month, I would subscribe because it is a valuable service to have handy.
For starters, I needed to receive a fax, so I decided to download app and just use it for the one time. I received my fax, all went well. I un subscribed after the doing my business. Recently I had to receive another fax, so I ended up purchasing the 19.99 plan for a month. I proceed to sending my fax out and had some difficulties. Getting to the point. I received my faxes, but they all were dark and could barely read. Due to this, It may effect my finances. Please refund my purchase. Thank you!
Tbh I only downloaded the free 3 day trial because I don't see myself using this app often but for those in a position of having to fax multiple documents daily/weekly this app is a god-send. The only downside I can think of is the pricing. $13 weekly seems a bit steep considering you can go to alot of stores and fax for 99 cents a page. But like I said if you're one of those whose faxing hundreds of dcmnts a week, and don't own a fax machine or don't work in an office setting, get this app.
