I received my Fireboltt Vogue watch on 20th Jan from Amazon. Unable to connect with phone because your FB Active app is not responding. It's always giving timeout error. Since I'm unable to connect hence could not test the watch since purchase 3 days back. Even unable to adjust the time. So it's scrap for me if not connected with phone. Tried calling customer care multiple times but they are always busy. If don't get resolution till tomorrow, will return and need full refund on it. Please call.
I'm really disappointed with the APP & Customer Support even though watch range is good. 1. Watch doesn't work without the app and LOL app doesn't work. What should i do with watch now, Should i keep it as decoration. 2. Product box is not containing the Watch Chain strap slot remover and it's so hard to remove the slot outside. Smart should be tight around the wrist LOL. 3. I'm not even able to register for the warrenty. Got google form for link for the warrenty and again it doesn't work at all
The new update has not been optimised and has a very huge connection time. Also the application automatically gets logged out and If you try to login again it will show that it is unable to connect to their server. Very disappointed 😞
