Slow and Clunky. I can watch paint dry faster than this opens. Then the constant banner for them to use your email to track all packages needs to go. When you go to click on an item to track after it finally opens the screen jumps to load a banner of sorts or to make extra graphics. When this happens it makes you click something else by mistake and guess what? You need to restart again an hope it loads up faster this time. Don't know what they did to this app recently, but reverse it please.
I'm only using this app because FedEx "tried to deliver" without notifying me. I've been sitting at home all day waiting, didn't even bother sending me a text, email, or phone call. So I download the app - there's an entire page for notifications, but I can't save any changes or preferences. This is extremely basic functionality, and it looks like they are using material ui out of the box. There's no reason for your extremely basic functionality to not work, it is extremely frusterating.
App has recently become garbage. There's a popup message every single time I tap on a shipment to track its progress, requesting/suggesting tracking update notification changes. I don't want these changes but none the less, I make some in an effort to get rid of this popup. App doesn't care and does this every single time I check package tracking. No options to disable it or get rid of it at all. UPDATE The app now doesn't load half the time at all and must be killed and restarted. Trash
