Looks like it could be a good app. It has features that others are missing, such as a tab for local timeline and dark mode. Unfortunately, it doesn't refresh on its own. I don't get notifications. If I open the app, every tab loads blank until I manually refresh each tab individually. If they can fix that bug, it would be a great app. As things are, it's almost useless.
It's my preferred way to access the fediverse. It's not without fault, but nothing that completely breaks for me. Some examples - Sometimes I need to actively refresh a feed. - Sometimes it'll open in 'notifications' but will be displaying my home. - sometimes it doesn't activate a follow for some reason, or at least doesn't indicate that it does. I'm rating it highly because it's a nice solid app. It allows me to access my feed easily, and it's nicely intuitive for me.
Great features, but a bit janky Fedilab is the one Mastodon app I've found with proper support for lists as alternate timelines that you can swipe between. It also has tons of options and settings so you can customize your experience. I like that it treats setting image descriptions as expected. However, sometimes the lists don't load when the app launches, and I have too kill the app and clear the cache in order to force it to reload the list contents.
