I've been using Feit products for years and they've been great. My first doorbell stopped working so I got a new one. It worked great for a few days. This week though I stopped getting notifications from all of my devices. All notifications are turned on in the system though. Pretty pointless to have a smart doorbell if it doesn't tell you when someone is at the door.
Will not give notifications any longer on the phone. Motion is on, range is on high, looked to see if notifications was still on even though I never changed those settings and all was good. Looked at my phone just to make sure it was allowing notifications from the app and all was good. Still no notifications. Stupid. It went from notifying me about every single shadow to now random people can march right up to my door and the app doesn't bother to notify me. I would never buy these again.
When I first bought these (remote outlet switch), they worked great, so much so I bought about 10 of them. Within the year I started having "offline" issues, and I would reconnect, they'd be good for another few months then start having issues again. Now half of them are always disconnecting and it makes no sense. The app says it's a WiFi issue, but then how to some of the outlets that are furthest away always stay connected, and the one... Needless to say theses were great but are awful now
