Received my birthday coupon, discovered it to late to use ( good for 3 days). I the past I received notification, not this time. I had been checking every day for it. It came as an offer only. I accidentally found it on the evening it expired. Offers can only be accessed through location ordering, NOT on the homepage or Rewards. Setup isn't user friendly.
When ordering a combo, the app makes the combo cost $2 to $3 more than it would to order each item INDIVIDUALLY from the combo. This is so messed up, has been reported in the past, and has yet to be resolved. Really bad look for the company. One star until this is fixed. Update 2/25/24: The company is aware of this issue and has acknowledged it both on this review and through a direct contact form, and has not fixed it. They still overcharge you for ordering a combo. Gross.
The app gave a free med sub and at the checkout it required a purchase of at least $0.01, so I added chips and checked out. I arrived to the restaurant to find an order of just a bag of chips. 😑 Thankfully the shift lead at the restaurant gave me the free sub after getting the same problem when trying to troubleshoot the app himself. But the app is definitely not reliable.
