Great work has gone into this update. But, the app looks complicated now. Prior to the update, it was a great app with ease. The tracking - knowing where I am especially when going to places where I'm not familiar with and when I'm in a bus that isn't tracking movement, it was very easy for me to recognise stops. Also, just a click from there leads to the bus arrival time. Now, it is complicated. The user experience isn't great. I prefer the old app.
The previous design was so much more efficient. Now everything is complicated, you have to go back and forth and waste your time if you are trying to check the next busses in your area on different bus stops. It is super annoying that if you click on the bus stop it doesn't show the timeline, but some useless options and you have to click on 'departure' to see it. What was wrong with the previous design??
This app was poor, then it became moderately OK, and now since the last update in June, it is absolute garbage. The one redeeming feature this app did have was that you could tap on a *saved* bus stop showing your chosen bus and time and the app would display a live map, showing where the bus was in relation to your stop. This option has now been removed. When you tap, nothing happens. Nothing at all. So now we have an updated app with much less functionality than before. How wonderful.
