Despite the many updates, the app keeps having the issue where when you want to make a deposit, in the account selection, it always comes up empty, like there is no account to select. No matter what I try, the account is not listed. The same thing happens to my mom on her phone. One of the main features of having a banking app is the ability to make deposits fast and easy. Well, not with this one so, its kind of useless if you just do monitoring.
I haven't been able to login to the app since I installed it last Friday. It doesn't accept my user ID neither than the password. I can access the online account on my workstation but not thru the app. I have placed 2 calls to your help desk and the only thing they tell me is that there is an App problem. I am getting ready to remove the app.
