I want so badly for this app to be good. The website isn't very good and neither is the app-within-an-app inside of Glassdoor. NOPE. The app really, really wants to send you notifications. Every time you comment, there is a pop-up about notifications with vague text. There is nearly no customizing the kinds of notifications you get either. It's very buggy. Constant crashes, freezes, "you don't have permission" when clicking a notification. Reporting functionality is nearly zero.
I would love to use this app however the work verification email process is absolutely pathetic. Large organizations with extra email security take longer than 60 seconds to receive an email from an outside source, no way to extend the verification time so this app is basically useless. I've never seen an email verification code last 60 seconds... Absolutely useless.
When I signed up, my phone autocorrected my last name to "Seesaw" lol. There was no option to go back after it auto advanced me to the next part of the sign up. Once signed in, I found that there was no way to edit my own name without the need to contact support and apparently provide them with WAY more personal information via email. Information that was not required during sign up. No thanks, I deactivated and may or may not try again in 30 days after the account is fully deleted.
