The positive: you can create different gyms like big fitness gym with all the gear and home gym with almost nothing. It's also easy to swap exercises. The bad: the Android version is a totally different experience from the iPhone, I was going to rate 3 stars but they get 2 because of that. The promises to update Android to be equivalent go back 2 years, so I'm calling bs. You get 3 workouts before paying, that's not enough. I'm on week 6, has it confused me with someone else?
I've used the app a few times for complete work outs and I love it! Everything is customizable and tailored to your needs or wants. There is a slight learning curve with figuring some things out but you can literally click on everything and anything to change it. I've already recommended it to 5 people. I can't wait to see my results! The only issue that some people may have is that expert folks in the gym may want more variety in workout choices and I wish there were a few more modern exercises
I find a fitness app that doesn't sync your data with the rest of the ecosystem really unacceptable for 2024. The iOS app is so much more developed. I would like to continue using this but it is skewing all my other fitness data because it doesn't sync with Health Connect. Please fix it. Other than that, it's a cool service.
