CONSUMERS: Upon receiving this FitPro, it seems it suit my needs perfectly...and more. DEVELOPERS: Thank you for including the Blood Pressure function as I need to monitor it, along with exercise, sleep patterns, etc.! However, I agree that the barely legible directions are not that helpful, especially new owners of this device will struggle to connect/use your product. Word-of-mouth will not send buyers your way until that's corrected. BEST OF LUCK!
At 1st the fitpro worked fine for a while then after a few months it stopped connecting to my phone. I've uninstalled the device and reinstalled, with no success. I then went to Settings in my phone > to Apps > Select Fitpro > Permissions, and had to allow fitpro permissions to my contacts, camera, SMS, notifications, call logs, phone, photos in order for the app to work. Once that was done, the fitpro reconnected to my phone. I rated 4 for now to see what happens next. I'll keep you posted.
I did not like this phone the directions came in so small of a folded piece of paper I could not read. I think the font point was .2. I took a picture and zoomed in as large as I could then sent it to my computer where I enlarged it even more. I tried to six the letters so I could read them but they were so blurry it was a struggle. I had very bad directions on how to set up the watch. I spent hours trying to make it work. It said I had to pay to use the watch monthly. Total waste $
