I wish I could give ZERO STARS! The Fixd device was a gift from my adult daughter which I was very excited about. I downloaded the app in order to use the device, created an account, and then signed up for the 14-day free trial. I forgot to cancel the subscription and I got charged $99.99 for the year premium subscription. Google refused to refund me so I contacted Fixd. I've been emailing back and forth for almost 2mos because they can't even find a record of my purchase. CON ARTISTS!!!
This sounded great...at 1st. But it's not very accurate. When I tried to cancel my Automatic Renewal (which I was required to have), I had to go around my hiney to get to my elbow in order to do so. It's taken me 3 days to find out how. But I finally did. I was forced to download the FIXD app before I could cancel. But finding that out was near impossible! It's easier to just go to an Auto Suplly Shop and get them to do it. Most have these devices & don't charge you.
I have never opted in for a $99 premium subscription. A advertisement popped up on the screen that gives you a choice of which subscription you would like. I did not opt in for either. Yet here we are. Took part of my rent money off my account before I could pay my rent. Tried to contact company, but that is a Labyrinth. I need my money. Not a device that keeps auto charging whatever price they decide to raise and charge. Don't get me wrong. The device seems to work great. I mean when you use it
