This is a pretty cool app for aviation geeks but for some reason it will no longer start on my phone. It shuts down just as I start to see the map. Tried updating and reinstalling but nothing worked. Pixel phone with Android 14. Four stars overall if it worked. Deducting one star because the ads have gotten pretty annoying. UPDATE: some other apps on my phone are acting weird as well so I won't blame it on this app.
It's a cool app to track the air traffic flying over my house all day & all night, 24/7; I wish I'd had this app before I bought this house. Also, between this app, a satellite/ISS tracker, and a star map, it's easier than ever to pick out lights in the sky that shouldn't be there. Just point my phone at it, scroll through these apps, and if it's not identified, I snap a pic. Either the lights are in 1 of these apps or it's unmarked military or it's... other
This is supposedly a professional app but the free version is anything but... I can live with all of the ads but when I'm tracking a flight that's coming into a major airport with an in-flight emergency, the last thing I need is to touch the screen and then suddenly get a stupid game ad that overrides the audio on my device and essentially destroys the entire purpose of the app... I don't look at this app to download games and I don't need to see them on this app either... Definitely moving on
