Good app navigation, no unnecessary nonsense, good instructions and guidance using videos. Enjoying it so far Update... I've been loving it! Been at it for about 7 months. Love the steady progression, learning new skills like handstands and jump rope double unders, box jumps and much more! Feeling a lot stronger and fitter than I was before I started. At 40 I'm feeling great with no issues. Banging out 50 push-ups, no problem.
I tried the free version and liked it so went all in. This one has warmup, variety of exercises that target large and small muscle groups, and cool downs. Updated interface is clean and intuitive, includes splits on personal best time. Nice feature. Well done devs. Updated after 2 years of using: still keeping me working out. I've tried 4 of the workout journeys. I appreciate the variety. Devs keep updating with new features and suggestions from users. Best workout app I've ever used.
I like that you can customize workouts and choose when and how often you want to work out. Love that you can select what equipment you have so they don't give you exercises you can't actually do. The price for a yearly sub is one of the cheapest I've seen. I can't afford it right now but will definitely sub in the future. They have amazing customer service, very responsive. I do wish there was more stretching available for warm up and cool down but overall a solid workout app I would recommend.
