New update sucks. So difficult to navigate. More complicated to do simple things which used to be only a few clicks away. So much more hassle going back and forth just trying to check previous appointment notes, change appointment type, adjusting price, edit/copy previous notes, etc... This version is so not user-friendly. // Another update on Jul6. Sucks even more!!! You want to read all notes easily with 1 tap on client's name. But nope! Now it's so spaced out I need to keep scrolling.
The recent updates have ruined the ease of using this app. I now can not view a full list of upcoming appointments for my clients. I have clients who come in 3 and 4 weekly, and they often ask for a list of their appointments. I used to just screenshot it and send it. Now I can't. Also, many appointments are showing warnings of being double booked, which they aren't as I have checked. There's also missing information for my clients.
It has been a good app, yet everytime they update the system, they are making it more long-winded and fiddly to book people in. It also feels clunky and less user friendly with every update. When you try to contact them for feedback, it's impossible to get ahold of anyone. Please can Fresha start to actually talk to its users about what they want/like and don't want/like? Because they currently appear very out of touch with the people who rely on this system to keep their businesses running.
