Screen orientation broken, near unusable. Android has a button to allow the screen to rotate or lock it in place. App now ignores this setting and is broken. As I hold the phone and attempt to view a show, the orientation flips back and forth. Unusable unless I place the phone on a table! If I want landscape, I'll allow rotation, turn the phone and lock it again. Other apps honor the button, so it's not my settings - it's the app. I even restarted the phone. Add this test point!
I really like Fubo, but I have noticed 2 issues since the new release. 1. When I record anything from CBS I don't get thumbnails. Recordings from every other channel are okay, just not CBS. 2. My Recordings used to show up in season and episode order. Since the new release it looks like it is sorted by record date. I recorded some older shows that have many episodes and they weren't recorded in order. It makes it difficult to watch them in order unless the sorting is in season/episode order.
App frequently fails across multiple platforms. Load times are frequently slow and frequently sporting events will be blocked from viewing live on mobile. That said, it might be your only option to stream a variety of sports. Sort of a take it or leave it situation. If I had an alternative, I would use it. Edit: continued poor performance and crashing multiple times during the Superbowl.
