I really enjoyed it, was a good workout, it even give the option to continue and keep workingout on another workout after it. The first for me is beginner level, so it was 8 mins for the first and the next is 21 mins I will do now. There is also intermediate and advanced levels too, which it gives the options for at the beginning of the application. With other questions. And it is a free app. 😌 so happy to use this app.
I really enjoyed the plan and exercises, but the app is a bit buggy. First, the demonstration videos won't load. It says I need the YouTube app installed, which I do have, but it still won't play. Second the rests in the workout don't match the plan. The 10 second rests are 45 seconds and the 45 second rests are actually 10 seconds. Finally it would be nice if the voice would announce the name of the next workout so that I don't have to look at my phone to see what's next.
very great app. Needs a section in setup that is dedicated to any injuries one might have, such as for me, recovering from a broken left scapula (shoulder blade). That way, it may be modified to include that in the workout. Not sure as of yet how my shoulder may take the workouts, I will see about figuring out modifications where needed.
