The app was better before the whole rehaul. Half the things do not seem to be working. In app chat doesn't work. When renting, it shows out for delivery but no contact details on the app. I was stuck for days on the app as the checkout button was disabled for me (turns out an invalid coupon was used) - had no idea that it was causing the checkout button to be disabled.
Worst app and helpline. Billing issues. Froud. They will give subscription of 3 months in discount and then stop it in 2 months saying that insufficient payment. Will not show any previous payment details in app. Worst helpline response, I am waiting for my problem from last 1 month.
I've been a 4+ year customer of Furlenco and my recent experiences have been nothing short of harassment. First, their website went under repair and then they were essentially forcing me to download the app despite my telling them I didn't want to do it. I explained to them multiple times that I wasn't comfortable downloading the app but they didn't seem to care. Had to eventually download the app to cancel my subscription. Would not recommend this experience to anyone.
