The Bluetooth capabilities are not good. I expected to connect anywhere as long as there was Wi-Fi for the unit to connect to, but instead I must be near the device until it locks in or reprogram the Bluetooth to the phone and then walk away, but only for about 20 ft. before it disconnects again. At this point I wish I should've just bought the cheapest one.
Installed the app and the control panel and followed the directions. This app does not pair my Android device with freedom X. 2 lines are supposed to flash on the control panel when you hold down the esc button. Nothing happens and the app never recognizes the freedom X. There is also ZERO troubleshooting available regarding the problem.
According to the Freedom X control panel directions you are supposed to build ESC and lines are supposed to blink for bluetooth pairing but this never happens. App can't connect so it doesn't work.
