App did not function properly right from the beginning. Backed up about 100 photos & then would not upload any more, wouldn't stay connected to my WiFi, wouldn't let me delete anything that was uploaded, wouldn't even let me delete my account via the website. So now I've got 100+ photos hanging out somewhere on the web with no ability to retrieve/remove them. F****** wonderful 🤬
This app is so easy to use. Great for seniors, which I am. I feel relieved that i have this. I'm planning on getting a new phone and this was a must have. The only complaint/concern is about the ads. It became quickly obvious I would need more space. So I signed up with one of the ads and paid the fee. However, this particular app was not for the gcloud on a mobile device. Nowhere in the ad did it say it was only for a pc. When nothing showed up on my phone I contacted them. At that time they told me their services were only for a pc. They did refund my money. After my space was full, gcloud notified me of their additional space for my phone and I signed up.
I've had the monthly unlimited plan for years and it worked fine. The past couple of years they've had problems. I had it set to auto upload, but it wouldn't work. I'd have to contact them and have it fixed. Recently, my subscription had not expired (it's automatic) yet they didn't take their money as their end wasn't working AGAIN. The app stopped uploading and I didn't notice. My photos there were inaccessible if they are still there. I cancelled the subscription and deleted this garbage app.
