Generally, I have found the app to be a bit clunky and difficult to use. Customer service is hit or miss. However, I just had an excellent experience with a rep named Larry who was so helpful! Meals are good (boxed option also!) and I actually feel satisfied, unlike other diets (I am a WW lifetime member who gained all the weight back and then some, and I tried and hated Noom). I'm 3 weeks in, and no huge results yet but bit by bit I think it's gonna be a long term game changer.
I'll give them 2 stars because while I am liking the concept, the app is glitchy, I can't swap some ingredients for things I can actually find in my area, and sometimes it's just too much food. I've been doing the plan for about 3 weeks now and only lost 2lbs. Also, most of the snacks utilize peanut butter. I'm growing tired of peanut butter. But I try to stick to as much as I can because I paid for the one year subscription. I unfortunately, did not read the reviews before buying.
Thank you for adding an accessible cancelation option. I have been trying to cancel (which you made next to impossible to do) since my trial period more than a month ago. That's two forced payments from someone who tried your service and didn't want it for personal reasons. I might have recommended it to others; now, I never will. Your chatbot says that the cancelation has gone through. If there is a third forced payment, my review will certainly change.
