It is so unintuitive to use, 7 people with 3 programmers among them were hard to understand how to use it for express pass. You have fast pass ticket with qr code and every normal person thinks "that is qr code to scan for entrance" because turntables have qr code reader. But no! You have to register for queue. Why?! What if my phone dies? What if there is no internet? If you want to find way to some attraction that you queued for, you need to go to ordinary gardaland app to show map.
Made our visit even more stressful. We bought several passes. These were loaded on this app. It was not explained how to use the app at the point of sale. You must have Internet access on your phone at all times to be able to use. The WiFi in the park is terrible, and for some reason, mobile data signal was also poor, I presume due to all the structures. The ride operators will not allow you onto the rides if the app isn't working. And if your phone battery dies, then you are absolutely stuffed.
Really don't understand how someone can do something like this. You pay money and then this app just shows you an error...and your ticket is lost. They remember that the ticket was scanned already, but they don't remember it was scanned by you.
