Deceptive bait and switch tactics. They pushed a $30 off promo to my phone twice, then I logged in and it was prominently displayed in the banner. Then I added items to my cart, registered for the first time, added a payment source, and of course the promo is nowhere to be found. Customer support suggested I try restarting (which didn't work) or uninstalling and reinstalling the app. No thanks I'll just be uninstalling. I'm not going to reinstall and re-add all my items to cart.
Treacherous app. Super manipulative and deceiving. Don't download. They execute orderes without warning and you can't cancel, even if you cancel instantly. It offered a discount on an order and when I click the discount to see the rules/offer it executed the order without any review or subtotal. Poof, your order is on the way and you can't cancel. It just executed the order. Then when I canceled instantly and they wouldn't cancel It's straight up stealing.
Sends wrong items constantly and horrible customer service. I've submitted 6 order over 3 months and 4 have had a missing or incorrect item. Customer service won't refund the delivery fee or tip so if they didn't being the correct item and you have to submit a new order they scam you out of money. It also take 10 fans for the refund to process. Overall a horribly run service you shouldn't use. Stick to gopuff, have never had an issue with them.
