I gave this app another chance and while it appears to fix my original problem, I have a minor new one. When I would pick "Listen" originally, it would audio play the lecture in each one of the day, now not only do I have to keep picking between a male and female voice(which doesn't always happen), I have to mark the daily devotional as complete before it will open the final one the "Walk with God" or sometimes, the "moment of reflection" and sometimes even on the Walk, it will start at the end.
This used to be a great app for daily short use. The best thing was you could earn water drops as points to encourage you to keep on daily. This was a reward that I needed . With the update this was taken away . How stupid . Not to mention the app was constantly glitchy. Giving errors timed out . Having to listen to a section 3 times before it would give the check mark. Forcing you to use a water drop the next day to fix your streak. Lady's voice is annoying with the AI. Edit: deleting app now
It was a great app before the update which forces us to buy some stupid premium option just to get water droplets. I barely touch this app anymore, I liked it the way it was before. I would've preferred if you made it easier to get the droplets instead of making us pay for them which I find unnecessary. It's irritating when you happen to forget a day and can't even redeem yourself by completing it because you don't have any droplets. Terrible update ruined the app 👎🏽
