It does ok, sometimes slow in processing transactions. I have a hard time getting customer service when I need someone & I'm not sure if they are having issues or just closed on a Monday. Can't use forms unless you upgrade to the $48/month package, and that package doesn't offer enough of what I need to justify the cost of a new biz not making much. Overall it's ok but I am def looking into other options. Also they didn't deposit my money due to some error, no notification, I noticed and called
Super easy for my clients, but that's all it is. All new features added are for a premium version of the app. Not being able to link reviews to Google is infuriating because that's where everyone gets the most business. I can still just send the link by hand, but it is awkward to ask clients to copy past or rewrite their review. The app should just include it, the pay more for more features is tiresome when it's something so crucial.
Update year and a half later... After multiple attempts to get the plague of bugs fixed I'll be likely switching soon. It's gotten to the point it's a burden on my clients. Looks I'll be giving away my readers. To developers response I have been in touch and reported many issues over the last year. But it seems new features take priority over fixing bugs. Since nothing ever came of the reported issues I have given up.
