Bad experience. You can change the dashboard to English, nothing else is in English. The service itself is really bad. I had twice a cancelled order and they claim that it equested to cancel it. And that happened after 2 hrs of waiting and constantly changing the time of the delivery . Very unprofessional Customer Care service is good though
Glovo made me pay for their mistake. I received a completely different order, and was refunded for the base cost of the items (which were over an hour late). But they refused to refund the delivery fee, inclement weather fee, and tip which added up to about $7. The support people obviously didn't care and were not helpful. What a scummy company.
The reason I ordered were certain items, which they didnt have. So instead of then allowing me to change (different type of apples, and potatoes for example), they just didnt send it at all. They didnt charge me for those, but I would have wanted a different kind instead...i tried calling multiple times, no answer. I had already paid the 15% tip online to the courier for the original order, it kept the amount, which now was almost 25%. Never again! Way expensive for items that I didnt need!
