The app used to work perfectly but since upgrading to a Pixel 8 my mobile tickets won't scan on the bus. Most drivers have still accepted that I have a valid ticket but a couple have insisted that if it won't scan it's not valid.
Edit - can't really give it four stars anymore since I literally can't use it. Pay your workers fairly, so I don't fail my PhD please. Just a very functional app. Bus tracking provides a good amount of info, being able to click on a stop and learn it's departures and buying tickets through the app is fairly streamlined, but could be better. Now if they could just treat their drivers like actual human beings, then that would be dandy.
The app itself is functional. It's fine, maybe sometimes you click on a stop and it doesn't register or the real time bus tracking isn't accurate. However my experience on the buses isn't very great. Long journeys knock me sick very easily even with all the windows open. You need to improve the ventilation on these buses. Prices are very fair and reasonable. Discounts for U19's or U5-25's makes it great for travel when at school, college or university. 3 Stars for a fair and okay experience.
