Horrendous app and support. Been using it for ages on my Google account. Now after an update, I cannot start any ride because I am getting "you have not accepted terms and conditions". Then when I tried to login with mobile, a consultant added my number to the account, deleted and reinstalled the app 4 times, I cannot logon still (sign in method not enabled). There is €7 that I want to use but can't even logon. Simple : Show terms and conditions on Google login, how hard is that??? Going to tier
Every bike I used until now was terrible/unusable, the last bike I had was very slow and the resistance was super high, it was a work out to even keep the bike going. You also need to pay in advance to top up your balance instead of just paying what you used, and if you don't use it in 3 months your money's down the drain. This way one ride is even almost as expensive as a taxi. When you find out a bike is completely broken after you selected it you still need to pay. 👎 Better use Bolt
I don't recommend this. The onboarding was a struggle (almost as if they're actively trying to prevent you from using the service). Tried to rent a scooter but the app wouldn't let me open the helmet box (first connection issues, had to restart the app like 10x before it started to work, then the box just didn't unlock). All this with the meter running. I gave up after 6 minutes and 0 km and uninstalled the app.
