Team, I'm just having issues with the app--it closes/has to be refreshed after I access another app as I had to check shipping details, so it requires me to start all over again with info input. Hope this can be fixed. The copy tracking link button does not function as well. No other issues so far. Thanks! I haven't use the app yet because I already sent them an email. I was gonna use it for optional purpose. But their customer service is excellent. After a day, they immediately sent me a text regarding the courier's contact. Not only that but the courier was also extremely kind! Good job on hiring such a friendly rider, it was my first time returning an item through pick-up and GoGo Express didn't disappoint me. However, you need to work on your Messenger, I tried chatting their but it was bad.
Pick up and delivery is good but the customer service is very very poor. If you want to talk to a customer service, it's either they will ignore you or will let you wait for at least an hour. And please, when booking is cancelled make sure it is cancelled on the system or at least add some features on the app to allow users to modify the details instead of cancelling it and rebook it again from the start
