I've scheduled 4 visits so far to see my loved one in Illinois Dept of Corrections and not one of them has worked. I just get stuck sitting in the queue waiting to be checked in. I can see myself on video no sound, and it freezes. According to the prison, it's an app issue and it happens all the time with interfacing problems. It's heartbreaking to sit there and wait and then not see him, but to know he's waiting and then he doesn't see me, is even more heartbreaking still.
This app suck I have been trying to register but it said that my email address is already being used .It said to change my password ,so it gave me an temporary password but didn't give me the option to created my own. I am at my 4th temporary password and if I don't get this right it will lock me out. I haven't seen an help line to assist me.
Horrible!! I try to do visits once a week but every time I log into to the visit it constantly freezes. He can't hear or see me but I can see & hear him most of the time. The "CO's" can hear and see me perfectly fine bc they have told my husband to tell me to stop driving or one Co told him "tell her she's lucky I didn't cut the visit off for cussing me out" so if the Co's can hear & see the people on the other side of the visitation just fine then WHY is there always a problem with the visit
