Update made it worse, before I could just use visitor mode and all worked fine for years. Now it won't let me use it without "signing in" (for my safety... Yeah right). Plus some cameras just get the rotating circle then "Video Playing Failed". When it does connect it can't see all my cameras, just some of them. I have to select a camera and put it into HD mode, SD no longer works. New layout requires scrolling between cams. It was fine, now it's utterly useless. Looking for alternative now.
Barely gets the job done, clunky. If you have a choice of a system with a better app please pick it. This let's you do what you need but not easily. It won't remember preferences like if you drag and swap cameras, or to always show my camera in HD. Getting the menu to come up requires tapping just right on the video, not so you accidentally drag or double click and then you better be fast to change an option. I wouldn't even try to do playback on here in the past, it's virtually unnavigable.
Some real (easy to fix) usability deficiencies make it too frustrating & time-consuming to easily review several cameras to find people and events. The playback timeline, for example, is "slippery", clumsy. It is difficult to precisely land on and play through recorded events. And, oddly, it has no speed scan! Combining these problems, you just spend too much time waiting for playback to reach EACH moment of interest, and then you have no choice but to watch through it only in real time.
