Argh. I'm a rookie, and so think I made a rookie mistake choosing this app. Can it not work with a device's onboard mics? (I'm an acoustic guy with nothing to plug in). Offhand, however, the samples sound great. Just lemme know if I'm missing something ..or if that capacity might be forthcoming. Thanks! Edited update: thanks for the below response! I'll look into my options. Cheers ~
Latency Test never finishes, and takes 10 minutes just to start on a Pixel 7 Pro. On top of that there's a constant crackling noise in the background. Not to mention the fact that backing tracks is completely unusable. They won't even allow me to open a backing track. UPDATE: After recent update it only crashes when trying to connect to my instrument cable.
This is really cool software, with a lot of potential... but it ain't there yet. I think there is a memory leak in the programming because latency in playback builds the longer you use it. When you first start it is responsive and quick, but the longer you play the slower it gets until finally it is unusable (delay is just too much). Likewise there is no clean way to stop and restart the application. You have to 'force stop' the app to get it to reset itself and start playing normally again.
