The app simply can't find the H9. It pairs with Android 13 alright, but does not stay connected. The PC app works fine. Watched the video, did basic troubleshooting (IT pro). I've tried 20 different times, removing and pairing again etc. Have zero issues with other Bluetooth devices. Android reports the app is for an older version etc. I'll update if it starts working and why.
Needs Fixing. Unable to log in with Samsung phone. I found a workaround by creating an Eventide account at the website, using the app in demo mode and then entering my account credentials from the account settings menu. Then I unpaired my pedal and paired it back again to register. Now it works. Hopefully this will work for others with Samsung phones who can't log on. Edit: the issue with login was I couldn't type in my user name or password. But I was able to use the workaround above.
After my initial negative review, I've come to love this app. Eventide emailed me and sorted out my login problems. The usefulness of this app is amazing. The UI takes a minute to get used to but after that its very intuitive. The app has options galore and can be tweeked to your individual set-up. If you have an H9 then this app will definitely help make selecting algorithms and presets over Bluetooth a breeze. Thanks Eventide!
