I love the ability to be able to watch the channel live on the app. However, when I cast to my TV, it really messes up my phone. The phone will keep turning the screen off, and when I open the phone back up, the screen goes blank again after a couple seconds so the entire phone becomes unuseable. I need to restart the phone for it to fix itself. I have never had this happen with any other app before, and it happens every time I use the Hallmark app and cast. Am I the only one this happens with?
Love me some Hallmark movies! But it kind of loses the effect when there's an ad...no 5 ads every 5 mins...if they spaced out the ads more it would be more tolerable but this 1 hour movie is turning into a 3 hour one just bc of the ads (that don't even work. One is just 2 lines of audio...one is just very loud audio...all of the ads are the same every time)
I really like the content Hallmark as to offer, but the app itself has been problematic for years. I have always had issues on my firestick app and now I have the app on my phone and it's having similar glitches. It just randomly has a playback error but then can't resume where Ieft off. And because some shows don't allow me to fast forward I have to start the ENTIRE movie over because of these moments where the app just kicks me out, but never does a good job at resuming where I left off.
