I am not finding this new app user friendly. The font size is so small that readability is very poor. No option to edit watch list. Old app Hdfc Securities was far better which has been blocked without any intimation. So you have no options. Needs lots of improvement to enhance usability. No setting tab to manage suitability and scores of other issues.
While this app has brought in a lot many things and in general looks power packed, although somewhat busy, it misses out on random but key features. One of the key things in a trading app is its ability to set alerts for different levels and parameters for a stock. While the old app had this very basic feature in place this app has it missing. All it needs is to migrate the functionality from the old app to this interface! Prioritywise this should be higher than adding another 2 new graphs!
I am a pro terminal user. Option chain was easy to fetch and buy/sell orders were so easily placed. I couldnt find the option chain as proterminal. Developer should work on it. Due to this I am giving 1*. Again On expiry day, you first search strike price and choose and then order. In all this 5 to 10 seconds waisted. I dont how they design it. This the era of AI and hdfc securities costomers have to search their strike price 😃. App updated so giving 4
