This update is in rough shape. It's buggy. The app barely loads or work when I need it to. The old version was perfectly fine. New version has too many prompts to make single transactions or transfers. Loading times can take minutes. Account balances don't update automatically, so it displays inaccurate data via quick look function. You guys paid an app developer for this?? Please fix this!
Switched to this app from the old app, since it wouldn't let me access my account otherwise, and after I set everything up, I try to transfer money from savings to my checking account, only to be robbed of $60 from my savings while the app claims that the $60 I transfered from my savings to my checking account never existed in the first place. The old app worked fine, but someone had to ruin a perfectly good thing. I wouldn't use this app until they fix all the problems of using it.
Not sure how you made the app worse, but you did it. Always had problems connecting to Plaid before, thought the new app might be better... nope. Now it says "incorrect credentials" and won't connect at all, even though I'm copying and pasting the same username and password, so it's clearly not a user error. Heartland needs to step up their game, everything uses Plaid, it's silly that I panic when I see their logo. Edit 2/20 - Still no Plaid support, going on nearly 2 months now. Fix your app.
