Be wary, like most apps this one gets the wrong pick up place, but this one has a very badly done UX that doesn't let you do basic things like change the rating, not only do they have no active support service but their messenger is willfully down (which is on purpose so you can't contact them), so if you have any problem with the ride, lost items, aggressions you're in trouble.
I used to absolutely love the app. Found it very useful and stress free, and the prices were very reasonable. But as of lately, the drives have been acting very rude, canceling rides WHILE im in the car and demanding more pay than the prices displayed, saying it's not enough. And don't get me started on how long it's been taking to find rides, even when there's a lot of cars on the area. Fix your app, make rules for the drives and just give me the old heetch back.
I have no idea who is developing this app, but it works just terribly. App screen overlay issues, crashing issues, constant GPS signal conversion into screen coordinates is just a disaster. Looks like indians created an app for europeans, and it appears to be a trap now :)
