Fix the app! I went and put in a ton of color patterns and settings, come to find out none of it saved nor can I control the lights through the app! Very frustrating!! If you want a good product, the app needs to work as it should being a "smart light" Whats the point in having the app if nothing saves and it will not control the lights?!
Love them when they work. When the app is updated I can't turn them on or off. I have to manually use the control.on the lights. The remote works for the lights however when I use the remote it'll mess with my TV. If I ise the TV remote to correct it, it'll mess with the lights then.... so no matter what the lights will work and work well. My reason for 2 stars app does NOT work anymore! Tired of not being able to change the intensity and pattern! Fix it or I'll just get new lights all together
Everytime I try to connect my lights to the app, the app closes. It will not stay open to connect my lights to it. Then the app says that it's compromised and to clear the cache and reopen, I do that and it crashes again. It's very frustrating.
