Missing some core features that really should be better supported. For instance calendar integration. It exists, but it's certainly a step down compared to many alternatives that either have their own solution or tighter integrations. That said... What's there is great. I think I'm going to transition to this now.
Amazingly unfinished product. 8 months later, I can't trust the app to place the cursor where I want it instead of the previous known location. Keeping track of threads is a mess - there are no folders, instead everything is placed in a giant basket where you have to rummage around. Seeing previous emails inside a thread is a nightmare - sometimes they're below, sometimes above, sometimes barely readable because of the markups and bizarre way it's displayed. The worst app I ever bought.
Love this app, and email service. Only feature request I've had since the original release of the bundling feature is the ability to enable bundling by default. The main reason I use Hey email is to reduce noise. It'd be nice if I at least had the option to opt into reducing more noise.
