My wife got me this last year as a present. The content is fine , but I cancelled several days before my renewal. No confirmation, no follow up. They billed us for another year. So I wrote to support. No response. I am now starting a credit dispute. The customer service is non-existant and cancelling is a nightmare.
I've tried just about all of the free podcast players on Google and this one ranks right at the top. Beautiful UI, seamless playback, and a seemingly unending catalog of podcasts. The only thing I could ask for is the ability to import rss feeds by URL, a sound equalizer, and for it to have more social integration. (Update: I keep having issues with podcasts not updating. I've had to email them twice and both times it was fixed. But its frustrating and I won't be using this from now on.)
This is a really great podcast app and for the most part, I really enjoy using it. However, there are some improvements that could help a lot: when I use the app via Bluetooth in my car, the sound switches back to my phone whenever I get a text, then I have to switch it back to bluetooth audio. It also stops playing when I turn my screen off. Could you please look into it?
