The new version of the app is shockingly bad. It has a diminished amount of features compared to the older version. These features are things such as the ability to search, go through older articles and tournaments and there is no way to quickly sort between live matches and past results from the same day. Becuase of this I'm going to just use the very poorly optimised webpage while on mobile. Hope this helps in fixing the current version of the app and return the features of the old one.
Sometimes this app actually loads up when I start it. When it does it's still a pretty frustrating experience. Match pages don't ever seem to be populated and when they are, for example, they are not very helpful. Like they will show 10 photos of the players in a 5v5 but not list the names. I mean I just clicked on this to remind me of the name of that one player, not to play a game of who-the-duck-are-you with 10 tiny avatars. HLTV overall is a wonderful thing, but this app is way too clunky.
Logs out every week automatically. Other than that, it has good information.
