Needs improvement! There is no full screen option on my tablet or phone, and there are always black bars on the top and bottom of my screen when I choose to expand the video. At least in the Prime Video app, Netflix app, and other streaming apps I can watch without black borders. Please fix this, I've read this has been an issue for a very long time.
This has been going on for 4 days now. It's a black screen with no sound; but the captions are going as if the show is on. Same with the ads. black screen, no sound, but the timer for the ad is counting down. BEYOND FRUSTRATING. I have done it all. Restarted the app, uninstalled and installed hulu, logged in and out, and cleared the cache and data. Seems like the more I troubleshoot, the more shows go black.
Used to be one of my FAVORITE apps, but now it's CONSTANTLY bugging/freezing. If I'm watching something full-screen, it doesn't offer the option to go back, then flashes between screens, showing an error message that "Hulu is not optimized to work with the latest version of Android", but there's no update in the Google Play Store??? So now I can't watch ANY of my shows unless I'm at home. SUPER frustrating!!! 😡😡😡 Please fix this ASAP!!!
