Being forced to use this app has to be one of the worst parts of returning to office. 1) The new loading screen flashes so many times while loading, it should come with an epilepsy trigger warning. 2) The app requires so much data bandwidth that it fails to work in the cafetrias, which are typically in a remote corner of building and crammed with hundreds of people around. Given a choice, I'll never use this app. And this had been the one and only option to purchase anything.
Complicated, unintuitive app. Floor personnel can't seem to be able to diagnose problems with the app. unstable app where you can never fully trust if interactive gestures will work as expected. I'd much rather learn how to communicate using dingbats than use this app, but alas, it's been foisted upon us.
App has improved a lot over time. But this app has the worst payment options. It does not support payments by any prepaid, debit and credit cards. Making provision for prepaid meal cards issued by banks would be really helpful. Even with latest version - not able to pay through bank issued meal prepaid cards. The customer service is 0 on a scale of 5. Even after complaining(multiple times) of non acceptance of prepaid meal card -no action is taken.
