Above all , I like the music. Great selection and organization. But the app is filled with bugs or unclear guidance. How to upgrade to full lossless, for example. Instead of a simple click, there are several pages of confusing instructions, depending on where and how you subscribed, when your subscription runs out etc. Robs much of the listening pleasure.
This is a beautifully designed app that offers a wide selection of well organized classical music. I would award five stars if it weren't for some annoying bugs. Idagio keeps forgetting the track position after several hours of pause. The music occasionally keeps playing after disconnecting Bluetooth headphones. Downloads of large playlists keep failing. It's difficult to locate liked music because I can't guess wether something is a playlist or a recording according to Idagios definition.
I've been using idagio for about a year now. All in all great experience, but it doesn't make too much sense to me how operas are divided. I understand it is quite normal to cut scenes into much smaller phrases, but it would be much more helpful for people listening with the libretto by their sides, if you just add the scenes of the acts.
