I tryed five times the video call and needed more than an hour for the validation process. One agent even hang up the phone call. The data had to be entered always completely new and from the beginning, even once the process has been completed. At the end nothing worked, no answers from the support and a hotline out of service. A really poor perfomance.
The service provider is getting pretty good, the videocall for the identification started quickly, and the identification with my ID card went smoothly, a year ago I remember being in a que for like 30mins, but I guess in the personal experience, it may also depend on "for what kind of service you are registering yourself for". It probably also depends on your tech setup, if everything is connected well, you'll have a good time. If you got an old device with a bad camera quality it's tricky.
It's impossible to identify with this app.... I've been waiting for more than 20 minutes and no one is answering. After that, the code does not work anymore and I cannot even start another call...probably the token expires after the first use. Who built this?!
