I have had this camera for years and was able to view the camera on my phone with this app. Just this year the app began a "wrong password" message and won't connect when I use the correct password. I wrote to the developer to ask how to reset the password and was told to look for a reset button on the DVR. There is no such button, so the camera can only be viewed directly from the DVR. I am very displeased, as it is obviously a software problem caused by an update and the developer has no motivation to correct the issue. I will have to buy a new system to correct the issue. Would rate the whole thing lower if possible.
App will not connect to device when using a different WiFi connection. Connection works fine when on home network but not when away from home. Tried reinstalling the app and it hasn't made a difference. Issue occurs on both android and iOS.
Last update June 2018... today is August 2019. Time off by 1 hour still! Update, as of January 4, 2020 still no update. Unfortunately there is no work around. Love the system but the time issue along the notification when installing the app concerns me how long will they be in business. We spent a lot of money on a great system but... No way to download recording!!!
